Can each apartment pay a different fee?

Yes. Set a default fee, fees by unit type (for example by size) or a custom fee for one apartment. Changes apply from the next monthly charge.

How do late fees work?

Only if your rules apply them: a fixed amount or a percentage of what’s overdue, after the grace days you choose, once or every month, with an optional cap. The board can waive one with a reason.

Can I take the numbers to Excel?

Yes. Balances, charges, payments and overdue by age download as spreadsheets for Excel, and each statement prints to PDF.
