Delete your account

How to delete your Condovera account and its personal data, in the app or on the website, and what happens to your information.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This page is for people who use Condovera, the condominium management app for iPhone and Android, and its website, condovera.com. Condovera is operated by Orlando Ernesto Lluberes Mejia. Deleting your account is free, you can do it at any time, and it can't be undone.

1.Delete it in the app

  1. Open the Condovera app and sign in.
  2. Tap your initials at the top of the screen to open My profile.
  3. At the end, tap Delete account. The app explains what happens and offers Download your data first.
  4. Type your current password, tap Delete account and confirm.

You're signed out on every device right away.

2.Delete it on the website

  1. Sign in at condovera.com/login.
  2. Open Account › My profile and go to Danger zone.
  3. In Delete personal account, choose Delete account.
  4. Type your current password and choose Delete account.

If you no longer belong to any company, the screen you see after signing in has Delete account next to Sign out.

3.If you can't sign in

If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page, set a new one and delete the account in the app or on the website.

If that doesn't work, write to support@condovera.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. If you no longer have that address, tell us your name and the community where you live or work, and we will ask for what we need to confirm the account is yours. We answer within 10 business days, as Law 172-13 provides, and tell you when the account is deleted.

4.If you own a company

The owner of a company can't delete their account while they own it. First transfer ownership to an administrator in Team, or close the company in Account › Company and wait for its 30-day recovery period to end. The app and the website say which applies.

5.What we delete

  • Your sign-in details, password, two-step verification and sessions, with the app version each session used.
  • Your email address, phone number and WhatsApp preference.
  • Your language and notification preferences, quiet hours, notifications, and the phones registered for push notifications.
  • Your conversations with Vera and your permission for Vera.
  • How you found Condovera when you signed up, such as the ad or link you came from.
  • The copy the app keeps on your phone to work offline, when that phone's session ends.

Your memberships in communities and companies end, your pending invitations end and your future bookings are cancelled.

6.What stays, and for how long

InformationWhat happens
Records you shared with a communityRequests and their messages, payments and their proofs, files and votes stay with the management company, which needs them to run the community, and show your name as “Former resident”. The text you wrote isn't changed; you can ask the company to remove specific content. They are deleted when the company deletes them or closes its account.
Billing recordsOnly if you paid for a company's plan: kept by Paddle, and by us as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Database backupsCopies expire within 7 days. We keep a record that the account was deleted, so restoring a backup can't bring it back.
What Vera sent to OpenAIOpenAI may keep it for up to 30 days to detect abuse, then deletes it.
Server logs and crash reportsKept for a limited period set by our providers. Crash reports don't include your name, email or what you wrote.
Sales contact record (HubSpot)Only if you signed up to run a company. Write to us and we delete it too.

7.Delete some data and keep your account

  • Remove your phone number and WhatsApp notices in My profile.
  • Withdraw Vera's permission in My profile › Vera and privacy. Vera then stops answering your questions and checking your payment proofs.
  • Sign out on a phone, or sign it out from Signed-in devices, so it stops getting notifications and its notification token is deleted.
  • Download a copy of your data in My profile › Download your data.

To delete other specific information, such as your Vera conversations, write to support@condovera.com. For community records, such as a request or a payment, you can also ask your management company.
