  • Hours. Opening hours for each day and the length of each booking.
  • Notice and window. How far ahead residents must book, and how far they can.
  • Fair use. A limit of upcoming bookings per apartment.
  • Rules accepted. Each resident accepts the amenity’s rules when booking.

Approve only what needs approval.

  • Instant or approved. The gym confirms on its own; the party room waits for the board.
  • No double bookings. A request holds its time until the board approves or rejects it.
  • With a reason. Rejections and cancellations by the board always say why.
  • Closed for maintenance. Block an amenity for a few hours or days, with a note.
