Owner statements

Every owner’s statement, always up to date.

Charges, payments and the running balance of each apartment, updated the moment a payment is verified. Owners see theirs on their phone; the board prints or exports them for the assembly.

Statements that keep themselves.

  • Running balance. Every charge and payment, in order, with the balance.
  • Oldest first. Each payment settles the oldest charges, so overdue is always right.
  • In credit. If an owner pays ahead, the statement shows the credit.
  • Nothing disappears. A voided charge stays on the statement, struck through, with its reason.

Owners check theirs without calling the board.

  • On their phone. Balance, overdue amount, monthly fee, due day and the proofs they sent.
  • Several apartments. An owner with more than one switches between them.
  • Nothing to install. They sign in from the phone’s browser with their invitation, at no cost.

Ready for the assembly.

  • Overdue by age. What each apartment owes, split into 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days.
  • Spreadsheets. Balances, charges and payments for Excel.
  • Printed statements. Any apartment’s statement, as a PDF from the browser.
